Daily Rates:
$595/night with daily maid service (From April12-Dec.20, 2008-one night free with each week booked).
Rates are subject to change without notice 10% discount on monthly rates, subject to availability All rates are subject to an 11.42% Hawaii State accommodation fee and a 4% service fee.
Minimum Stay:
3 nights.

Occupancy:
This is a non smoking unit. Maximum occupancy being 6 persons.
Deposits:
A 3 night deposit is required within 5 days of booking our unit to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
A handling fee of $100 will be assessed for cancellations up to 30 days of arrival. If the cancellation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date and the unit is not re-rented, all payments will be forfeited.
